We are looking for a Female Fitness Instructor / Trainer who is excellent at providing personal fitness training, group fitness training, classes, and on the gym floor support and coaching for all ages and skill levels.

You will receive a basic + PT commission.

Achieve realistic monthly sales targets Achieve realistic target coaching sessions per week Utilise social media to grow clientele - Instagram, Facebook You should have 2-4 years of experience Professional, tidy and clean appearance Assess client's current fitness level to develop personalised exercise programs and provide fitness counselling to achieve their targets Provide advice to clients on the correct way of exercising, including weightlifting, training machines, bikes, treadmills etc. Provide Personal Training to clients to help them set and achieve their goals and manage your PT time according to client needs Provide energetic / upbeat group fitness classes at various ability levels (e.g. Aerobics, Pilates, Yoga, CrossFit, Cardio, Strength & Conditioning, Mind & Body, Dance, Martial Arts etc). Obviously you are not expected to know all, but a selection of a few classes Promote a fun, exciting, upbeat and relaxing atmosphere for clients Ability to train both men and women Ability to effectively communicate with clients of all ages and career levels, management, VIPs and other

Personal Qualities:

Confident, self-motivated, energetic, organised and responsible Good communicator and attentive to clients' needs Hardworking and flexible Passionate about health, wellness and exercise
