Monitor pool areas and surrounding facilities to prevent accidents and ensure patron safety.
Enforce all facility rules, policies, and regulations consistently and professionally.
Respond quickly and effectively to all emergency situations, including water rescues, first aid, and CPR when needed.
Conduct regular patron surveillance using proper scanning techniques.
Inspect and maintain rescue equipment and report any issues.
Perform water chemical testing and document results as required.
Maintain cleanliness of pool deck, locker rooms, and equipment.
Provide excellent customer service and assist patrons with questions or concerns.
Participate in ongoing training sessions, emergency drills, and staff meetings.
Complete incident reports accurately and promptly when needed.
