Job description:
Constantly watch pool or beach areas to prevent accidents or drownings.
Identify potential hazards or unsafe behavior and act immediately.
Enforce pool/beach rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
Educate guests about water safety, especially children and non-swimmers.
Respond quickly to emergencies such as drowning, slips, or injuries.
Perform rescues using lifeguard equipment (rescue tubes, boards, etc.).
Administer CPR and first aid when required.
Check rescue equipment regularly for readiness.
Report hazards or maintenance issues to management.
Provide information and assistance to guests.
Maintain a professional and approachable attitude at all times.
Participate in regular training sessions and emergency drills to maintain fitness and readiness
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
