We are seeking a responsible and vigilant

Female Lifeguard

to ensure the safety and well-being of all swimmers, guests, and staff within our pool facilities. The Lifeguard will monitor pool activities, enforce safety regulations, respond promptly to emergencies, and provide first aid when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise swimmers and poolside activities to prevent accidents and injuries. Enforce pool rules, regulations, and safety protocols at all times. Respond quickly and effectively to all water-related emergencies. Provide immediate first aid, CPR, or emergency care when required. Maintain constant surveillance of the pool and surrounding areas. Ensure that safety equipment is available, functional, and properly maintained. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards of the pool and deck area. Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment malfunctions to management. Deliver excellent customer service and support a safe, enjoyable environment for guests.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Certified Lifeguard (recognized certification such as Red Cross, RLSS, or equivalent). CPR and First Aid certification (current and valid). Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescues in deep and shallow water. Ability to remain alert, focused, and calm in emergency situations. Previous experience as a lifeguard preferred (not mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit and able to work in a poolside/outdoor environment.
