Magnum is looking for an female Pool life guard to join our dynamic security division.

Monitor swimming activities at the pool facility and ensures that policies, guidelines, and safety procedures are followed. Supervise the pool from the correct Lifeguard positions Remain on Poolside at all times whilst the pool is in use Identify emergencies quickly and take appropriate action Enforce and adhere to pool rules and admissions policy Cautions swimmers regarding unsafe practices and safety hazards; enforces and adheres to pool rules and regulations. Administers first aid in the event of injury, rescues swimmers in distress or danger of drowning, and administers CPR and/or artificial respiration, if necessary. Follows emergency action plan and procedures established in the event of an emergency. Inspects facilities for cleanliness; completes general pool cleaning and maintenance duties. Maintains order in the pool and adjoining areas. Responsible for the availability and safekeeping of emergency equipment (rescue tubes, backboard, signs and other equipment's). Determines chlorine content and pH value of water, using water testing kit, and record readings. Provides general information on pool operation to patrons. Perform other job related tasks as assigned. Administer first aid in the event of injury, rescue swimmers in distress or danger of drowning, Inspect pool for cleanliness Be fully aware of the contents of the PSOP & act accordingly.

Skills & Experience

Age: 25 years and above Nationality: Indians, Kenyans & Uganda Education: Diploma or equivalent Experience: 1-3 Years as Lifeguard at any aquatic facility to life guard operations Language: Good verbal and written English Certifications: First Aid Certified, Life Guard Certificate approved by DM Skills: People Skills, MS Office, Excellent listening skills, maintain a high level of physical fitness to perform water rescues and respond to emergencies effectively.
