IMMEDIATE JOINER

We are seeking a vigilant, responsible, and physically fit

female Lifeguard

to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property. This dual-role position involves monitoring aquatic areas to prevent accidents and providing on-ground security by patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance systems, and enforcing facility rules and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Lifeguard Duties:

Monitor swimming pool and aquatic areas to ensure the safety of all users. Prevent accidents through vigilant supervision and enforcement of safety rules. Respond swiftly to emergencies, perform rescues, and administer first aid/CPR when necessary. Inspect pool area, equipment, and water quality regularly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of lifeguard station and pool deck.

Security Duties:

Patrol assigned areas regularly to detect suspicious activity, ensure property integrity, and prevent unauthorized access. Monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment. Control access to restricted areas and verify identity of individuals entering premises. Respond to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies in a calm and efficient manner. Write accurate and detailed incident reports.

Requirement:

Female candidate (for gender-specific facilities or client preference). Valid

lifeguard certification

Physically fit with good swimming skills and stamina. Excellent observation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to stay alert during long shifts and respond quickly to emergencies. Professional, responsible, and customer-service oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED1,800.00 per month
