Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and security of all swimmers and guests within the pool or aquatic facility.
Monitor pool activities and strictly enforce safety rules and regulations.
Perform rescues, administer first aid, and provide CPR when required.
Carry out daily inspections of pool areas, equipment, and water quality to maintain high safety standards.
Respond promptly and effectively to any emergency situations.
Maintain professional conduct while assisting guests and addressing their inquiries.
Participate in regular training sessions and emergency drills.
Requirements:
Valid Lifeguard License.
First Aid and CPR certification (preferred )
Strong swimming and rescue skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must be available to join immediately.
