Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales pipeline through continuous outbound calling, data-driven prospecting, and email outreach. This role is ideal for a junior or early-career professional who is comfortable with high-volume calling and focused on generating qualified leads and sales opportunities for our Cloud and AWS services.
This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategic marketing position.
Key Responsibilities
Perform continuous outbound calling to identify and qualify B2B prospects
Use ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo and similar databases to build and validate targeted prospect lists
Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to generate meetings and sales-qualified leads
Execute email outreach and basic email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and lead status in CRM systems
Coordinate with Sales to align on target accounts, industries, and messaging
Track daily/weekly activity metrics (calls made, connects, leads generated)
Support basic demand/lead generation activities as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
0.5 to 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or tele-calling
Strong experience or comfort with outbound calling and prospecting
Hands-on experience using ZoomInfo or similar lead databases
Basic knowledge of email marketing and lead nurturing
Good communication and objection-handling skills
Comfortable with targets, repetitive calling, and performance-based work
Freshers with strong calling skills and B2B exposure may be considered
Highly disciplined, persistent, and goal-oriented
Looking to grow into inside sales or demand generation roles

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
