Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products or services being sold, including specifications, features, and promotions.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an exceptional experience that encourages repeat business.
Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including cash, credit, and debit transactions.
Monitor product stock levels, assist in restocking the kiosk, and inform management of low stock or product issues.
Maintain the kiosk's appearance by ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
Actively promote sales events, discounts, or special promotions to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Gather customer feedback and report trends or customer suggestions to the management team.
