Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Female Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe environment within the premises. She will ensure that all assigned areas, including washrooms, workstations, common areas, and facilities, are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces. Clean and sanitize female washrooms, ensuring adequate supply of toiletries and hygiene products. Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure proper waste disposal. Clean office desks, chairs, windows, doors, and partitions as required. Maintain cleanliness of pantries, kitchens, and break areas. Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of storage racks and facility equipment. Report any damages, maintenance needs, or safety hazards to the supervisor. Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. Assist in setting up cleaning schedules and adhere to them strictly. Support in special cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning, carpet shampooing, and event clean-ups.

Requirements:

Female candidate (due to requirement for maintaining female washrooms and facilities). Previous experience as a janitor, cleaner, or housekeeper preferred. Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and equipment. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards. Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks.
