Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT support for computers, printers, networks, and clinic systems. Manage and maintain EMR and clinic software platforms. Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly. Ensure data backup and system security. Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and technical support. Support staff with IT-related training and usage guidance.
Technical Skills

, as this is a core part of our environment.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 1 year of IT experience in a
medical or healthcare environment
. Knowledge clinic software is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
