The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and knowledge in design applications and software. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing sketches to demonstrate designs to clients to ensure their satisfaction. Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills with the high-end clients. \xc2\xb7 Expert in taken and note full details from clients. \xc2\xb7 Expert of furniture Layout and interior zoning and spacing. \xc2\xb7 Ability in site visits with company team in all emirates in UAE. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work on parallel projects and under pressure. \xc2\xb7 Skills in mixing different furniture style concept, materials and textures to create an eclectic look. \xc2\xb7 Expert in combining different fabrics, textures and materials such as wood, marble, steel, glass..etc. \xc2\xb7 Flexibility to communicate with clients through WhatsApp after duty time in case of any work clarifications. \xc2\xb7 Flexibility in several changes in the concept design from the client or head of design \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of loose furniture and fixed furniture details drawing. \xc2\xb7 Meeting with clients to determine the initial requirements \xc2\xb7 Creating concept design. \xc2\xb7 Preparing bill of quantity (BOQ) after concept approval \xc2\xb7 Consulting with clients to select materials. \xc2\xb7 Ordering samples and creating mood boards. \xc2\xb7 Arrange to get the exact measurement from the site before starting details drawing. \xc2\xb7 Check the drawings and do modifications if required by client. \xc2\xb7 Meeting with client to get approval on drawings and mood board. \xc2\xb7 Send approved drawings and samples to factory. \xc2\xb7 Using design applications to prepare and illustrate final plans. \xc2\xb7 Weekly factory visit if required to follow up the projects production status. \xc2\xb7 To do market research to get the latest and updated materials available in the market and update our library. \xc2\xb7 To ensure that materials are available in the library all the time. Skills \xc2\xb7 Strong visual design skills. \xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator,Power point and other design programs \xc2\xb7 Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of furniture materials, such as wood finishes,marbles, glass, mirror, fabrics, wallpaper and carpets. \xc2\xb7 Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces. \xc2\xb7 Excellent portfolio of previous works. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of art movements and styles.
