A leading beauty company in Kuwait is looking for a Sales & Customer Service Representative to handle sales, customer support, and collections, with the ability to work both indoors and outdoors as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily sales operations and achieve monthly targets.
Respond to customers via phone and WhatsApp professionally and promptly.
Conduct outdoor visits to clients, stores, and partners when needed.
Follow up on customer orders from inquiry to delivery.o Handle payment collections and ensure proper closing of payments.
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, including VIP clients.
Coordinate with warehouse staff and delivery drivers.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Enter and update data in company systems (CRM - POS - Shopify).
Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions; experience with Zoho CRM is preferred.
Use AI tools (LLM-based, such as ChatGPT) to improve communication, write responses, organize work, and enhance customer service.
Understand beauty products and recommend suitable options to customers.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably in beauty or retail).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Strong experience using CRM systems - Zoho CRM is a plus.
Ability to use AI/LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT) in daily work.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Valid driving license and personal car are preferred due to outdoor work requirements.
