Primary responsibility is sourcing and building a robust database of sales leads.
Conduct high-volume daily outbound calls for upselling and cross-selling.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing and potential business networks.
Grow and sustain customer accounts through exceptional relationship management.
Achieve and exceed defined sales targets by the end of each contract period.
Organize and conduct meetings and presentations, promoting our products to Designers and potential clients.
Establish and nurture strong business relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
Manage accounts and contacts, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
Provide comprehensive client support, including administrative duties and handling client queries.
Manage all sales documentation, including issuing proforma invoices, commercial invoices, contracts, etc.
Collaborate with the marketing team, providing assistance and actively participating in meetings.
Ability to travel within and outside the Emirate to develop business relationships and secure sales.
Actively participate in company-provided training sessions and offer technical support to clients.
Represent the company at exhibitions, fairs, and various marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proven sales experience, preferably within the tile industry.
Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
Proficient in CRM software and sales tools
Valid UAE driving license required for Male Project Sales Executive role.
Valid EID required.
