Job Description
We're hiring an Arabic-speaking Female Sales Executive to join our dynamic, fast-growing team in Ras Al Khaimah .

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales targets by generating retail clients and securing corporate deals Proactively pursue new opportunities through telesales, referrals, cold calls, corporate visits, and social media outreach Manage B2B sales: prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals Oversee the full sales cycle -- from lead generation and database management to bookings and confirmation communication Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional, engaging communication
What We're Looking For:
3+ years proven sales experience (fitness/wellness industry preferred) Strong passion for health, fitness, and wellness Excellent verbal and written communication skills Energetic, confident, and personable with all client types Team player with attention to detail and a positive mindset Physically fit; fitness or wellness certification is a plus Computer literate (Word, Excel, Internet)
Compensation:
Salary + commission (to be discussed with shortlisted candidates)
