Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative support. Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Track and report employee attendance and timekeeping records accurately. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs in collaboration with the finance department. Support in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures. Organize employee engagement activities, trainings, and internal events. Respond to employee queries and support general HR matters. Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal guidelines. Requirements: Female candidate (as per business requirements). Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years HR experience in the UAE, preferably in entertainment, events, or hospitality. Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and HR standards. Must be based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
