Job Description

We are looking for a competent HR admin cum secretary to help with the organization and running of the daily operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake combined functions of human resources, general administration, and secretarial support. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet professional who can handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities



HR basic duties Maintaining employee files and databases, such as daily attendance and monitoring leaves. Preparing HR-related documents like offer letters, employment contracts and salary certificates, etc. Secretarial duties, maintaining office meeting notes and records Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures Schedule and plan meetings and appointments Provide support or assistance as needed.

Skills



Proven experience in relevant role Knowledge of back-office computer systems Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office English and Tagalog speaking
Job Types: Full-time

Pay: 2500 - 4000 per Month

Schedule:

9 am to 5:30 pm
NO TOURIST VISA!! Applicants on tourist visas will not be called for interviews.
