Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and professional

Female Hostess

to join our team at a busy

beachside water sports business

. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide a warm welcome, assist with reservations, guide guests through our water sports options, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and always ensure a high level of customer service. Provide information about available water sports activities (e.g., jet skiing, paddleboarding, parasailing). Assist in booking and scheduling sessions or equipment rentals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and guest waiting areas. Promote safety guidelines and policies to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Coordinate with the water sports team to manage guest flow and waiting times. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a professional manner. Upsell packages or merchandise when appropriate. Help with minor administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages a plus. Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles preferred. Comfortable working outdoors in a beach environment. Basic computer and POS system skills. Physically fit and presentable; may require standing for long periods. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Passion for water activities or outdoor sports is a plus.

Work Conditions:

Mostly outdoor beachfront setting. Requires availability on weekends, holidays, and peak seasons. Uniform provided
