Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable
Caregiver
to provide high-quality, personalized care to individuals who require assistance due to age, illness, disability, or recovery. The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic, and dedicated to improving the lives of those in their care.Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Provide mobility assistance and help with physical activities or exercises as prescribed. Monitor and record health conditions such as vital signs, behavior, and medication intake. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary. Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation or loneliness. Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social outings as required. Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client. Report any unusual incidents, changes in health, or safety hazards to the supervisor or family.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a caregiver or similar role (minimum 1-2 years preferred). Ability to lift and assist with mobility (when needed). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility. Reliable and punctual with good time management. Must pass a background check and health screening.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
