to join our Homecare team. The nurse will provide professional and patient-centered care to clients in their homes, ensuring high standards of nursing practice and compliance with UAE health regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a homecare setting.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Administer medications, IV therapy, wound care, and other nursing procedures as prescribed.
Monitor and record patients' vital signs and clinical progress.
Provide patient and family education regarding health management, treatment, and preventive care.
Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and family members to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing documentation and reports.
Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and professional nursing standards.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent / Diploma in Nursing.
License:
Valid
MOH/DHA license
or
eligibility letter
(mandatory).
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in
homecare, hospital, or clinical setting
.
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work independently in patients' homes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, reliable, and adaptable to diverse patient needs.
Must be willing to work in a
homecare environment
with flexible shifts.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
