Job Summary
Looking for a female to provide an added-value service by operating the gym to ensure a high level of customer service.
To provide guidance to the members on the correct and safe use of the facilities.
Meets and greets members when they arrive in the gym. Assists the members on the circuit ensuring the correct posture and movement are observed by the members. Follows opening and closing procedures for the gym as per designated shift. Updates clients and potential clients CRM. Presents the circuit and assists potential clients while doing a free trial. Is fully aware of and works in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures, First Aid Protocol and Emergency Action Plan. Ensures all knowledge about fitness is up to date with latest research. Comfortable using social media.
Qualifications
Holds a NOC from EBBF to work as a gym instructor. No previous experience is required.
