Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs
Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing accurately
Maintain front desk records and follow hotel SOPs
Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold hotel service standards
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience in hotel front office or customer service preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed, professional appearance
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
