Position Overview:

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be a key player in ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable stay. Your role will involve assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, providing comprehensive information about our services and local attractions, and addressing guest needs with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Check-in and Check-out:

Uphold ECOS Dubai Hotel's Core Values and Mission Statement. Conduct check-ins and check-outs with a courteous and positive demeanor. Use appropriate phrases and greetings during guest interactions. Provide detailed information on hotel services, local attractions, and entertainment options. Manage reservations and handle special requests efficiently.

Guest Services:

Address individual guest needs and requests promptly and effectively. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times. Exhibit a friendly and attentive attitude in all guest interactions.

Guest Reservations:

Handle phone and reservation inquiries with proper etiquette. Accurately describe hotel features, quote rates, and process reservations.

Front Office Functions:

Manage cash drawer and credit card transactions accurately. Operate the phone system efficiently, even during peak times. Communicate shift information to the next shift and direct supervisor. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Mental Requirements:

Clearly and effectively convey information and ideas. Maintain composure and objectivity under pressure. Perform basic mathematical operations accurately.

Qualifications:

Knowledge/Education/Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in a hotel setting is essential.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.

Pay: From AED1,800.00 per month
