Ingenious Digital Marketing Management is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work demonstrating a range of creative design skills.

Job Summary

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling Ad creatives and creating posts and videos for social media. This role requires a creative individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to produce high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Development: Create engaging and visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertising, brochures, and other marketing materials.

- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet the deadlines.

- Creative Input: Contribute original ideas and creative solutions to projects, enhancing the overall visual communication strategy.

- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality output.

- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients or stakeholders to understand their vision and incorporate feedback into final designs.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

3. Software Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

Knowledge of animation and motion graphics software is a plus.

4. Creativity: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts.

5. Communication: Strong verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
