Alastool oilfield Equipment Trading is looking for a creative graphic designer and video editor who is an outside the box thinker; a forward-thinking individual who is able to understand various design trends and who is well versed with design theory. The candidate should be one who has a very hands-on approach and is aware of the tricks of the trade and is always eager to learn new ones. Someone who can innovate and come up with their own ideas and run also experiments on them.

Most importantly, Alastool oilfield Equipment is looking for a results-driven professional who is eager to take up challenging tasks and is capable of delivering visual designs that can wow the beholder.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

2-5 years' experience in graphic design and video editing We value creativity and expertise in a candidate rather than his/her experience. If you believe you have the expertise, talent and drive for the role, go ahead and apply Study design briefs and determine requirements Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Prepare rough drafts and present ideas Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic Work with copywriters and digital marketers to produce final design Test graphics across various media Amend designs after feedback Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Proven graphic designing and video editing experience A strong portfolio of videos, illustrations or other graphics Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, etc.) A keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent communication skills Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines Capture studio-quality photographs and video Work both on and off-site Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing Regularly collaborate with the marketing team Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat and other social media channels Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic is a huge plus Ability to story-tell and create interesting and engaging content will be a huge plus
