Job Qualifications: - Must be a Graduate in Commerce/Accounting with 2-3 yrs experience - Should be well versed with MS Excel and Tally Software. - Manage Day Book,Bank Reconciliation, Receivable & Payables,P&L and Balance sheet - Should be proficient in English Language and good in drafting emails Duties and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliations, account analysis, accrual calculations, WIP and other related accounting documents/schedules. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the coordination and execution of all payable and receivables related activities in the business in order to assist in the proper financial management of the company. \xc2\xb7 Perform month-end bank reconciliation statement and review \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Basic Accountant, MS Office, Software, Receivable/Payment, Vat, Tax Invoice, Daily Closing, Petty Cash. \xc2\xb7 Ensure accounting transactions are in compliance with accounting policies and standards. \xc2\xb7 Review and analyze monthly-posted records to ensure proper accounting, completeness, accuracy and sufficient supporting documents. \xc2\xb7 Support weekly and monthly cash flow forecast \xc2\xb7 Assist external and internal audit activities. \xc2\xb7 Inventory management and valuation. \xc2\xb7 Multi-tasking Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Education:
