Calm and Co is a serene wellness studio in Al Ain offering yoga, pilates, and fitness classes. Our mission is to create a peaceful space that nurtures physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We combine ancient wellness practices with modern techniques to provide our clients with a truly rejuvenating experience.
Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized environment and enjoys creating a warm experience for our guests.
Cleaning & Studio Support Duties:
Maintain cleanliness of all common areas -- floors, restrooms, studio spaces, and lounges
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
Restock cleaning and toiletry supplies as needed
Ensure cafe and barista areas are hygienic and tidy
Prepare and arrange studio equipment for trainers and classes (e.g., hammocks, dumbbells, mats, props)
Cafe Assistant Duties:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages
Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe station
Assist with simple food preparation (if required)
Handle payments and operate the POS system
Qualifications:
Previous cleaning or hospitality experience preferred
Friendly and approachable personality
Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask
Basic English communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow with the team
Age Requirement:
22 - 35 years old
