Job Description
We are looking for motivated and certified Female Fitness Trainers to join our growing fitness team under our licensed facilities in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
personal training sessions
andgroup fitness classes
for women of various fitness levels. Developpersonalized workout programs
tailored to clients' goals (weight loss, muscle toning, endurance, etc.). Demonstrate safe and effective exercise techniques while ensuring proper form and injury prevention. Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals through encouragement and accountability. Track and monitor client progress, adjusting programs as needed. Maintain aclean, organized, and safe training environment
at all times. Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, training methods, and wellness techniques. Represent the facility with professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm.Requirements:
Female candidates only (as per facility requirements). Certified Fitness Trainer (REPs UAE, ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent certification). Previous experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise science, and nutrition basics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills. Energetic, professional, and client-focused personality.
