Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of facial treatments including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, masks, peels, and facial massage.
Assess clients' skin concerns and recommend suitable treatments and homecare routines.
Maintain knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and emerging trends.
Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards at all times.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Educate clients on aftercare and recommend retail products as needed.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and professional salon/spa environment.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Facial Therapist, Aesthetician, or in a similar skincare role.
Diploma/Certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and treatments.
Skilled in facial massage and modern skincare techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional, well-groomed appearance with a friendly and approachable attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Passionate about beauty, wellness, and client care.
