Role Overview
VoPay is a fast-growing fintech company based in Vancouver, Canada. As we expand into the Middle East, we're seeking a highly organized Executive Secretary to support our new Qatar office and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all office administration duties, including reception, mail handling, supplies, and facility management.
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and external partners.
Handle bilingual communication (English and Arabic) for emails, documents, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
Maintain organized office systems, including filing, record-keeping, and internal documentation.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and calendar scheduling for leadership and staff.
Assist with HR-related administration, such as onboarding, employee records, and compliance documentation.
Support procurement activities for office equipment, services, and vendor relationships.
Collaborate across teams to support special projects and operational initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in office administration or similar support roles.
Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
Valid QID and NOC (for candidates currently in Qatar)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
