Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic

Female Events Coordinator

to plan, manage, and execute a variety of events. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. She will be responsible for ensuring each event is professionally executed and aligns with the organization's goals and image.

Plan, organize, and coordinate events including conferences, corporate functions, social gatherings, exhibitions, and promotional events. Liaise with clients to understand event objectives and requirements. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations. Handle all event logistics including scheduling, decor, catering, and transportation. Supervise on-site event staff and troubleshoot any issues that arise during events. Maintain records, photos, and feedback from events to evaluate success and improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in coordinating successful events. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Presentable and professional appearance. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules. At least one year UAE experience is required.
