We are seeking a motivated and dynamic European Recruiter (Fresher) to join our client's team in the real estate sector. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition while gaining exposure to Dubai's fast-paced real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the real estate sector (brokers, sales agents, marketing, admin, etc.).
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from European and international markets.
Communicate effectively with candidates in Italian, German, and English to match them with the right opportunities.
Prepare job postings, manage applications, and coordinate interviews.
Maintain recruitment records, and weekly reports.
Collaborate closely with management and HR to identify staffing needs specific to real estate operations and sales growth.
Build relationships with candidates, ensuring a professional representation of the company and its real estate projects.
Requirements
Fresh graduate.
Strong language skills in Italian, German, and English (fluency in at least two preferred).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Interest in working in the real estate industry with high-growth potential.
Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of recruitment platforms is a plus.
