Female English Teacher (IB Programme)
August 2025 start
Position Summary:
We are urgently seeking a qualified and enthusiastic female English teacher to join our client's dynamic team at an established bilingual IB school in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, culturally responsive, and experienced in delivering the IB curriculum to a diverse student body.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality English lessons aligned with the IB curriculum (MYP & DP).
- Foster critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills.
- Create a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Participate in curriculum development, planning, and school-wide initiatives.
- Assess and monitor student progress using IB assessment standards.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, English Literature, or a related field (Master's preferred).

• Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (IB experience preferred).

• Fluent in English; excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• Must be female, in line with school and cultural requirements.

• A commitment to the ethos and values of international education.

Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted
Remuneration Package
Salary Range:
A salary from 10,000 up to 15,000 AED (UAE Dirham) per month based on experience and qualification,
