The majority of students are of Arabic origin (95% are Emirati). Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IB MYP/DP curriculum
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and enjoyment
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to ensure student success

Candidate Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree ideally in Education with a relevant teaching certificate (copy of degree and transcripts must be provided upon application).
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching
• Previous ESL and IB MYP/DP experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to deliver motivating and creative learning environments
