Key Responsibilities:

Make high-volume outbound calls to potential leads and clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working on-site in a competitive environment.
Confidently promote and sell our hotel accommodation and services.
Consistently meet or exceed WEEKLY and MONTHLY sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements:

Excellent communication and persuasive sales skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Must be available to join immediately.
Maintaining departmental KPI's.
Log and track all service requests and complaints in the system with accurate details.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
