Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
Maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes where required.
Coordinate with departments for meeting room bookings and hospitality arrangements.
Provide general information to clients and guests.
Support HR/Admin team with documentation or other office-related tasks as needed.
