A client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable

Data Encoder

with strong background in the real estate or construction industry. to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high levels of data accuracy and integrity in support of ongoing real estate projects and corporate operations. This role requires excellent attention to detail, advanced data management skills, and familiarity with industry-specific systems and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and maintain project-related data into internal systems (ERP, CRM, document control platforms, etc.) Review, validate, and cross-reference data to ensure consistency with project documentation and departmental records Work closely with teams from Project Management, Contracts, Procurement, and Finance to ensure real-time data accuracy Generate regular reports, dashboards, and data summaries for management review Maintain and organize digital and hard-copy filing systems in accordance with data governance policies Identify and resolve data discrepancies in coordination with relevant departments Ensure strict confidentiality and data integrity in handling sensitive real estate documents Follow established procedures for document version control and data entry standards

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of data encoding or data entry experience

, preferably in

real estate development, construction, or property management

Proven experience working with large volumes of technical or project data Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel), and familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or construction-specific platforms (e.g., Aconex, Primavera) Excellent organizational, analytical, and data validation skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
