Job Description
We are seeking Data Encoder/Tally Clerk to join our JAFZA warehouse. The position will be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage vehicle inventory encoding into the SAP system
Accurately encode main data such as chassis number, engine number, vehicle model number, etc.
Take loading photos and upload them to the common folder/system
Handle receiving entries
Tally the master list data against the vehicle/cargo (chassis number, engine number, vehicle model number, etc.)
Maintain yard cleanliness, manage material stocking, and ensure overall cleanliness within the yard premises
Maintain a record of all items in the warehouse, document necessary information, and utilize reports to monitor the status.
Able to take photos during the loading process of vehicles into the container
Requirements and skills
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Computer literate Microsoft Office Excel.
A good understanding of English and Hindi is required.
