Female Customer Support in Dubai Al quoz
- Chatting/Calling with clients to take flower orders
- Following up on clients and gathering client data
- Reporting to management why clients are not buying or not happy
- Communicating with Team internally for order coordination
- Communication with Logistics Team
Requirements:
-Experience in flower customer support
-Microsoft Word/Excel/Whatsapp
- Good communication skills
