We are looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a
Play & Gym Assistant
at our vibrant kids' play center and gymnastics academy. In this multi-functional role, you'll be the friendly face that supports families, manages bookings, handles cashier duties, and ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across both areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and assist families and children with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Gymnastics & Play Bookings:
Manage bookings and schedules for both the play area and gymnastics classes, including handling phone and online inquiries.
Front Desk & Cashiering:
Process registrations and payments accurately, issue receipts, and handle daily cash and POS operations.
Facility Support:
Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the play center, gymnastics area, and reception.
Safety Oversight:
Support coaches and play staff in ensuring safety protocols are followed in all areas.
Administrative Tasks:
Help with reporting, maintaining attendance logs, and organizing customer records.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a childcare, recreational, hospitality, or customer service setting is an advantage.
Friendly, approachable, and enjoys working with children and families.
Strong multitasking, communication, and time-management skills.
Comfortable using booking systems, POS machines, and basic tech tools.
Able to maintain a clean and organized environment.
Flexible with work hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
