We are seeking an experienced female candidate for the position of Office Customer Service and Admin Assistant for 20m Qatar Fitness Center. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience with a strong background in office work, bookkeeping, and customer service answering leads from social media. Responsibilities:
Handle administrative and clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules.
Handle all social media inquieries
Bookkeeping and maintaining financial records of the fitness center.
Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, resolving any concerns or issues they may have.
Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
