Handling Point of sale system (POS) for sales transactions, sales adjustments, and payments through accurate and efficient operation. Processing of all sales transaction in conformity with prescribed sales application, keying sequence, documentation and POS security measures. Receiving of tender by cash, credit cards and voucher in compliance with prescribed policies and work procedures along with physical check of item. Calling and informing customer that their Kandoora is finished. Monitoring delivery date of Kandoora to finish on time. Handling of stocks inventory. Preparing and sending reports (Cash collection, Accounts receivables, and Customers discounts) through email. Greet and assist customer in a professional and friendly manner inside the premises. All phone calls are answered professionally and courteously Assist the customer and answering calls in any customer's concern. Resolve customer complaints; guide them and provide relevant information Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction. Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers

Required Skills and Experience:

At least 2 years of experience as a Cashier in UAE Good communication & presentation skills Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Expertise in POS Honesty towards work Friendly and polite nature Inbuilt intention to care and help other Empathy towards others
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
