Job Description
Job description - Cashier - Abu Dhabi Branch As a Restaurant Female Cashier, you will be responsible in proper registering of transactions through POS system by handling cash/card and operating transactions (physical/electronic) in various modes with no discrepancy. You will accept payments, issue receipts, refunds, and change. You must provide outstanding customer service according to company procedures and standards.
- Greet customers in a friendly way
- Ensure safety and security on transacting with cash/card at Cash Counters
- Keep the correct track record in registering of transactions in POS (Point of Sale) system
- Collect and process customer payments accurately
- Take and dispatch customers' orders for dine-in, take-away or delivery
- Communicate order details to the kitchen staff if required
- Inform customers about the special offers and discounts of the store, and upsell additional products
- Keep work counters areas clean and organized
- Work as per duty schedule and shift
- Handle customer complaints and endorse them to the manager in charge
- Ensure speed and accuracy transaction
- Comply with the company health and safety policies and procedures
- Work in a team spirit by assisting and supporting colleagues
- Follow PINZA rules, regulations, and standards
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Cashier: 1 year (Preferred)
