Job Description
Looking for a Business Development Manager to promote our complete Maintenance & fit out solutions for residential and commercial properties. Roles and responsibilities: Develop growth strategies and plans Present and sell the Company\'s services and solutions to new and existing accounts Manage and retain relationships with existing clients Develop sales Accountable for ensuring timely communication and customer satisfaction at assigned accounts Understand each customer\xe2\x80\x99s business and technical applications, anticipating their needs for products and solutions Identify and analyze key opportunities and threats as it relates to products, markets, and competitors Achieve the allocated sales target for assigned accounts and new business Requirements: Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in technical sales of Facility Management Effective communication skills and the ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships Excellent organizational skills English proficiency is a must Job Type: Salary+ commission Job Type: Part-time
