Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven female Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for ambitious recent graduates or professionals with a few years of experience who are passionate about client relationship management and business growth.

The selected candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, maintaining key accounts, and supporting strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts Proactively generate new leads through networking, field visits, and referrals Present and promote products/services to decision-makers in a consultative manner Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs Maintain accurate records of client interactions, activities, and feedback Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective client servicing

Candidate Requirements

Female candidates only (as per the role-specific hiring policy) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Passion for sales and relationship management Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle (mandatory) Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented Willingness to travel across the UAE for meetings and visits
