- Branch Manager

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven

Branch Manager

to take full responsibility for branch operations, financial performance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure excellent customer experience, and achieve business objectives including profitability, growth, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead branch operations and ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. Oversee financial performance, including full responsibility for

Profit & Loss (P&L)

management. Monitor and achieve

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

such as: Sales and revenue growth Client retention and satisfaction scores Staff productivity and service utilization rates Cost efficiency and expense control Prepare and review branch budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Develop and implement business strategies to increase profitability and market share. Manage, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales and service excellence. Drive cross-selling and upselling of services and retail products. Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and solutions-focused approach. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards. Report performance results and recommend improvements to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Branch Manager, or similar leadership role. Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage

P&L

effectively. Track record of achieving

KPIs, sales targets, and revenue goals.

Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Strong business development and customer relationship management abilities. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred. Experience in

beauty, wellness, retail, or hospitality industry

is an advantage. Flexible to work during weekends, evenings, and peak business hours.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
