Greeting customers and taking orders for drinks and cocktails.
Mixing and serving drinks and cocktails according to customer preferences and established recipes.
Providing excellent customer service, engaging with customers, and making recommendations.
Promoting drinks and increasing revenue through effective sales techniques.
Maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar environment, including cleaning glasses, restocking inventory, and cleaning the bar area.
Handling cash, making change, and operating a point-of-sale system.
Collaborating with other bartenders, servers, and staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve common goals.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implementing new strategies to improve the bar\'s performance.
Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations and ensuring that the bar is compliant.
Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times and handling customer complaints and issues effectively.
