skilled and confident female barber
to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
Provide men's haircuts, fades, trims, beard grooming, and styling
Suggest suitable hairstyles based on client's face shape and preferences
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools and workstation
Follow high standards of sanitation and safety
Offer an excellent guest experience with professionalism and courtesy
Upsell grooming products and services when appropriate
Manage basic client flow during peak hours
Support team with maintaining a positive salon environment
Requirements
Proven experience as a Barber/Hair Stylist (men's grooming preferred)
Knowledge of modern men's haircut trends (fade, undercut, taper, etc.)
Comfortable serving male clients in a professional setting
Good communication & customer service skills
Certification in hairdressing/barbering is a plus
Passion for grooming and style
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
