Requirements:
Female candidate from
Sudan or Sham (Levant)
Not married
Minimum
2 years' experience
in an
aesthetic/derma/laser clinic
Currently
living in Dubai
Strong
telesales
and
social media
handling skills
Fluent in
English and Arabic
Fast typing and excellent computer/software skills
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong complaint-handling skills
Professional and pleasant phone tone
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls
Manage appointment bookings and follow-ups
Convert inquiries into appointments
Assist with telesales and social media communication
Provide accurate service information
Maintain CRM and client records
Solve customer concerns professionally
