We are seeking an experienced

HR Officer

with a background specifically in

aesthetic medical centres

to manage recruitment, policy enforcement, and employee performance oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment

for all roles, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and offer negotiations.

Enforce and monitor adherence

to all facility rules, regulations, and HR policies in alignment with Dubai Health Authority standards. Oversee and improve

employee performance tracking and KPI evaluations

, ensuring alignment with clinic goals. Regularly review and update

HR documentation

, including contracts, appraisals, disciplinary records, and staff files. Ensure all employee records are

up-to-date

, particularly

visa renewals, DHA license expiries, and legal document deadlines

. Coordinate with department heads to

resolve performance and compliance issues

. Maintain

confidentiality and legal compliance

across all HR functions. Assist in developing a

positive, professional workplace culture

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of

2 years of HR experience

specifically within an

aesthetic medical center or healthcare facility

. Strong understanding of

UAE labor laws

,

DHA regulations

, and HR best practices. Proficiency in

HR software

and digital filing systems. Exceptional organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage). Discrete, reliable, and capable of handling sensitive information.
